How to Use This List Effectively:

1. Identify Your County: Find your county of residence from the list above.

2. Call Your ADAMH Board: This is your most critical step. Explain your situation (e.g., "I need help finding a state-funded or sliding-scale sober living home for opioid addiction").

3. Ask Specific Questions:

   · "Do you have a list of ORH-certified sober living homes you provide vouchers for?"

   · "What is the process to apply for financial assistance for treatment?"

   · "Can you refer me to faith-based programs you work with?"

4. Contact Providers Directly: The board will give you names of agencies. Call those agencies and ask about their admission process, waitlists, and costs.

5. Explore Faith-Based Options: Simultaneously, contact the statewide faith-based resources like The Salvation Army and Teen Challenge to see if their programs are a good fit.

Disclaimer: Phone numbers and addresses can change. It is always best to verify information online or with a quick phone call before visiting in person. This list is a detailed starting point for your search.
