OASAS Addiction Treatment Centers (ATCs)

The NY Office of Addiction Services and Supports directly operates 12 state-run centers offering tailored care such as medication-assisted treatment (MAT), gender-specific programs, gambling support, co-occurring disorder treatment, aftercare planning, and naloxone training—all tobacco-free .


Regional Addiction Resource Centers (RARC)

These centers serve as community-based hubs to help individuals and families find local prevention, treatment, recovery resources, family navigators, peer engagement specialists, 12-step groups, naloxone training, youth clubhouses, and more .


Recovery Support Services (via Friends of Recovery — New York)

Programs include Recovery Community & Outreach Centers (RCOCs), Youth Clubhouses, Family Support Navigators, Peer Engagement Specialists, RARCs, and 24/7 Open Access Centers .
